The Greatest Lie

The evil in this world tries it’s best to convince Gods children that they are not worthy. Why would God send his only Son to die such a brutal death if he would then call us unworthy? Let that sink in.

We are told time after time that we are to forgive those who aren’t even sorry for their actions. How can we then think that we serve a God that can forgive less than us that he created? Even Jesus said “Father forgive them for they know not what they do”.

So God said to himself, “Forgive them for they know not what they do “. Let that sink in deep.

Is the lie we believe that God demands anything for our love? Is the lie to convince us we can never be good enough for his love. Always leaving us feeling like we are not enough of something for his pure unconditional love? Oh how great the mercy and grace that our Lord Jesus afforded us that day on Calvary. How could we ever turn that free, compassionate love away? His arms are open to receive us. He’s inviting us to come shelter in him. Will we all open up our hearts to accept his free love and protection?
